Withdrawal

EU consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without a reason. Notify your seller, Link support or our email before the deadline, or select “Withdraw from a contract” below. No order number is required.

Downloading alone does not remove this right. Early loss requires express consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation. Valid withdrawals generally receive refunds within 14 days of notification, without fees, to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. The related usage right ends.

Statutory remedies, required updates and consumer rights remain unaffected. Later edits do not change agreed terms.
